I did not purchase a bike but went in to pay and pump some air into my cycle which was not a biktrix bike . The gentleman inside did not charge me and was very nice to me . The overall experience at the store was awesome. Would visit again.
My husband recently bought a rogue hawk 2 and the manager Daniel and the team of employees were very thorough explaining everything about the new bike. Biktrix is definitely the best ebike company in the lower mainland.
Got my "Rogue Hawk FS" at this location. friendly and helpful staff. 100% recommend these guys. Especially if your new to Ebiking and want a reliable bike.
I heard about the BOGO deal and so before going ahead online, I went to the Vancouver showroom to take a look. both members of staff were extremely patient, polite and helfpul and helped with a bike test on a couple of their bikes. Once I ordered on line, I got the two bikes shipped to the store for them to assemble as I dod not trust myself doing it correctly.
