Great service, very helpful staff who guided us through the process and the bc ebike rebate program.
I use the bike only riding from home to stanley park a few times with less than 386km in 2 month's. The bike now has broken highest gear cassette. The store charged me $151.20 ( parts only) for the repairs. The manager said wear and tear is not cover by the warranty. He said I should use lowest gear to start and stop because the bike has high power. This wasn't mentioned to me until I had made the purchase. I am very impressed with Biktrix and especially the Vancouver store. My two Juggernaut Ultra Lites, bought on a BOGO sale, were delivered exactly as promised, and the local service was fantastic. As an experienced e-bike rider with two other high-quality bikes already, I can say that our new Juggernauts are great bikes, built very well, and so much fun to ride! I drive 6 hours just to get my bike serviced here. The service and expertise is second to none. My biktrix Juggernaut Ultra Duo 3 has been repaired and received tune ups twice at this shop. They are the only place I will take my bike for service. I’ve been elsewhere for service and no one compares. Great bikes and great service are a hard combination to find.
