Ordered a biketrix bike last month it's been lost by day Ross and they just keep lieing to us highly unrecomended

I did not purchase a bike but went in to pay and pump some air into my cycle which was not a biktrix bike . The gentleman inside did not charge me and was very nice to me . The overall experience at the store was awesome. Would visit again.
My husband recently bought a rogue hawk 2 and the manager Daniel and the team of employees were very thorough explaining everything about the new bike. Biktrix is definitely the best ebike company in the lower mainland.
