I've gone to Ward two times for a bike fitting. First on my Trek Dual Sport and then my Trek Checkpoint. He was recommended by Trek (University Place). Ward was very thorough. We spent a lot of time together and I have learned so much from him. My biking game has elevated since working with him. He's the one who got me into clipless even when I was initially hesitant. The fitting was good, but I have emailed multiple times about some issues and have not gotten any replies. I also did not receive the promised files that were supposed to be sent to me. Granted, I am not the typical performance rider, nor do I have a super fancy bike. This was my hubby's Christmas present to me. The fitting was in December.
