Clean studio with great instructors – I've been going to Bikram Yoga East Harlem a little over a month now and it's been great. Every instructor I've taken class has provided good advice and encouragement. Bikram is quite a challenge and it can be especially difficult on hot days and the teachers understand that. Some places have instructors that are really nasty and I've never encountered that here. The facility is clean and kept up regularly.
