Absolutely love Dr A and Mandy is the best!!
The people in the front desk are the worse at picking up the phone. For a week I’ve been trying to call to reschedule my appointment, that they failed to remind me on so I missed my appointment, my appointment are 3 months apart and I’ve been on the phone everyday for over an hour and no call backs no picking up the phone. It has been horrible contacting this facility but the doctors are caring l. Definitely need better staff that cares.
Ive continued to stay with Ahluwalia and all his patience and kindness from the staff. They are personal and make me feel important and put my health on the front line. I appreciate their thorough details and the time they spend helping me manag
