Great class! I just happened to be looking into a new hot yoga studio and stopped in for a schedule. It just so happened that a free class was starting in 20 mins. so I joined in... I have only tried a few hot yoga classes but this is the first time I really loved it! The instructor was awesome and encouraging and helped the beginners as well as the advanced students in the class. I will most likely buy my first hot yoga package at this studio.
