I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before committing financially. I purchased a five-class pass ($100) and attended one class. Shortly thereafter, I developed a medical condition and was advised by my dermatologist that I cannot be in heated environments or participate in heat-based exercise, with no clear timeline for resolution. Phones not working! Drove far and couldn't go in. Called multiple times on the way there, no one picked up.
LOVE this studio!! The classes are SO good and the community is supportive and friendly. I originally came for the hot yoga and ended up falling love with the Pilates classes, too! Admittedly, I wasn’t sure how I would enjoy the heat and now I can’t imagine a yoga room without it. I especially love that you’re able to make each practice your own. Amazing place to feel welcomed. I've been taking their Pilates classes and everyone is so friendly and the workouts are always challenging. I would give 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend.
