First visit to BeHot was really incredible can't recommend it enough. The people that run it are so friendly and helpful, and the class was really well-led and ideal for a beginner (and I'm sure for advanced too, as there were lots of yogi pros there enjoying the class, too) Go try it out!
I followed Elaine from Iam yoga to BE hot, now I found another fav teacher Stephen. His classes are just incredible...it felt like an renewed/reinvented Ashtanga practice. Classes are def busy and packed if you take the classes at BE room. But Elaine and Stephan are def worth the packed smaller space. (Also love the no late police, its very annoying and disrupting when people show up late. )
Welcoming studio and great instructors.
Instructor was fine, but the class was so overcrowded there was barely any room to stretch or move comfortably. It felt cramped the entire time. Honestly not worth it unless they limit the number of people — even removing just one person from each row would make a huge difference.
One of the owners of the yoga studio who was in the class with me scritinized me for not following exact poses when I had an injury. Unprofessional and very weird. Will not come back. (I took this class under class pass in February 2023). To add: 1) Definitely wasn’t a miscommunication; 2) I trialed this class on classpass and have no interest in providing feedback to a studio when I will never be back to it!
