I’m so grateful for all of the coaches here, they push you through your limit and tailor to you needs, your workouts and nutrition. It’s worth it. You will see results faster than you going to figure it all out yourself at another gym. Thank you Aviva, Vel, Victoria, KC, Paloma and the rest of the staff. I keep getting closer to my goals everyday because of you ladies 🥹🫶 I got my spark back.

I have been at Bikini Fitness now since mid 2025. I joined and it has changed my lifestyle. I have found a community of supportive women who are clients and staff members. The trainers make the effort to talk to clients while also holding us accountable. All the trainers I have had the chance to train with have been so supportive and kind from Vel, KC, Victoria, Ilsa, Paloma, Lena, Aviva, and Lindsey. Each trainer bring their own energy! This place is amazing! I was intimidated at first, but the trainers are so great! Vel is so patient and really works with you to make sure you get the movements right while pushing you to be better. She makes you feel comfortable and safe to ask for help. Victoria is so helpful and pushes you to keep trying to reach higher. Aviva is so knowledgeable and encouraging. Lena is so awesome!
