Love taking Lena’s strength training & Step classes because it’s a good-intense workout, and she’s so friendly and very welcoming. One of my favorite instructors is Shawnta. She’s very knowledgeable in her craft which is Twerk-n-Tone (dance fitness) and Pilates. She’s also so bubbly and welcoming. You will definitely leave her classes with Sweat & Smiles.

if you're ready to level up not only physically but mentally, then you need to join bikini fitness! I look forward to getting trained by Victoria for upper body days, she is so knowledgeable about the body, and she will push you past your limits. you don't have to worry about male gaze or being insecure this gym has given me so much confidence and I can't wait to see how my body continues to transform because of so.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Bikini Fitness! I’ve so far trained with Lena & Jazmin! They are both 2 amazing trainers! They are fun, lively, motivating and push you to push yourself! They both constantly echo how we have to show up for ourselves and work towards the best versions of ourselves! They make this workout journey so fun!

I’ve had such a great experience at Bikini Fitness! I want to give a huge thank you to Vel, and Victoria for being amazing trainers. They’re both so supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating.
