5 stars hands down! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Coach KC. She is the best coach ever. Motivating and keeps you accountable. If you’re looking for someone who makes getting fit enjoyable and actually cares about your progress, KC is your girl.

I love this women’s only gym! Workouts are amazing. All the trainers; Aviva, KC, Leydis, Shawnta, Victoria, Maya, Ilsa, Linzie, Lexie and Val are knowledgeable and caring. Karin always helping with accounts and memberships. Clients and trainers are friendly and helpful. Sense of togetherness . I have lost 20 pounds and continue building muscle. Come join us!

I recently completed a 21-day fitness program, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. KC was absolutely amazing! My experience at Bikini Fitness was great. My instructor was KC; she kicked my butt in a good way! She was very attentive, which I appreciated . I also had a delicious crepe after a successful class. :)
