I had a negative experience with the owner tied to a financial obligation that, in my view, was left unsettled. The back-and-forth took time and never reached a clear resolution. I would look elsewhere.
I own a 2013 Ducati Monster 796. This spring I could not find neutral (absolutely impossible!) and was thinking of bringing the bike back to one of the places on the north shore that service Ducati (many shops don't want to deal with Ducatis). Being completely robbed by them last year (the people also having a bad attitude) I decided to find a local place to where I live.
