I went in today with my son to buy him his next mountain bike and I have to say the customer service was outstanding. Shane the manager was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. He educated my son about how to make the decision and about new bike technology available in our price range. Bike shops can be elitist and this was not the case at all. Even my 14 year old walked out saying “wow that was great!” I highly recommend this shop.
Shane and Austin are very good people when it comes to road bike repair . Just took my tarmac out for my first summer ride and it rides great . Amazing job as usual
