I have been purchasing tires and components from them for a while now. I have always had a good experience. I was considering purchasing a high end road bike from them I reach out with some questions because I thought the spec and or the price was wrong and I didn't want to end up with the wrong bike. The person (or AI) on the other end kept responding that they were confused what I was asking. Then the next day the price was changed (increased) and the spec was corrected. Great selection, great website, super fast shipping. BTD is my go-to for bike parts. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. BTD always has orders ready for pickup or shipped within a day. By comparison, Universal Cycles has a better selection of small and hard-to-find bike parts, but their order processing time and shipping are much slower. I use BTD whenever possible.
I live in California and by chance found these guys on Youtube. I gave them a call to inquire about tires for my tour. They just acquired a lifelong customer. Talking with Erik was like talking with a friend!
I’ve ordered a few times from these guys. I get my packages to Colorado within a couple days, which is faster than Amazon can do it. Always find the best prices on bike components and accessories.
had issues with an order and they provided zero updates or outreach. Left everything to the consumer and after 25 days, they were incredibly rude about canceling it, and Just blamed other employees instead of owning the fact that they didn’t do anything to help..
