The guys at this shop are awesome. Steve has gone really out of his way to take my bike fitting expierence to the next level. We managed to get my bike all set up and fit to me, and gosh what a world of difference it makes! Nick and James are also fantastic and super helpful. Happy to have such a fun, welcoming, and knowledgable group of guys behind me as I get started in road biking!
Great service! When I have an issue with getting my tubeless tires setup, I dropped by and the techs were able to solve the problem quickly.
We took the bike to Bikesport (in Trappe, PA) over the weekend, for a repair of the bike, and the service, quality and attention was superb. Ginny, the owner, and her team took good care of our bike, quick and efficiently, all there while we waited. First time customer, and a truly positive experience it was! We highly recommend, and this comes from a very satisfied customer Steven Burda's nephew, Ivan, and our family !! Thank you, Bikesport. A+ all the way!
Dropped my bike off for read wheel maintenance (broke a few spokes) and upgraded the bar tape - loving it!
Bikesport is the best! They listened to what I wanted and needed and helped me select a great bike. The customer service is amazing. I also purchased a rack and Nick was awesome! Nick took so much time teaching me and making sure I was comfortable installing it. I will not shop anywhere else! Thanks guys!!
