I went into BikeSource to test ride a Specialized Roubaix. Unfortunately, the first salesperson I ran into was not especially helpful. I'm pretty sure his name was Darrin. He was smug and condescending but really had no grounds to be so. I had to tell him the frame size of the bike directly in front of him.
