WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! Do Not Buy Your Next Bike From This Company. You will regret it in the END. I basically purchased a bike from BIKESONLINE store. They sent me a "defective" bike through the mail. The "derailuer" was jacked up and malfunctioned. I took the bike to the local bike shop. When I took the bike in I told the guy the bike will not go by pedaling and the the derailuer is not working properly. Bikes and prices are great, but if you have a problem, you're on your own. I bought 3 $1,500+ bikes from them. One had a defective fork, confirmed by BikesOnline's suspension service vendor. It's been over 3 months and my son still doesn't have a working bike. Their service is horrible.
Very bad experience with this business - sold me a bike they didn't have in stock and they wasted many hours of my time regarding the refund.
I love my bike but it showed up without a kickstand. ☹️ I am still trying to find a number I can actually call to get this resolved.
