A very positive experience, highly recommend Brad and the team, and will definitely shop here again. My purchase was a new carbon road bike, a significant spend, and first time for me buying a bike online. The level of support right from first enquiry was perfect. Bought a bike and a helmet - over $1k spent. Had to return the helmet as it didn't fit. Despite BikesOnline advertising free returns they had me pay for the postage, and ignored my request to have the postage amount refunded. Edit: Owner followed through on their word - have received the refund for the shipping. Thank you.
