Bought a bike and a helmet - over $1k spent. Had to return the helmet as it didn't fit. Despite BikesOnline advertising free returns they had me pay for the postage, and ignored my request to have the postage amount refunded. Edit: Owner followed through on their word - have received the refund for the shipping. Thank you.
