the people who work there are all awesome. friendly service, knowledgeable and enjoys talking about bikes!
Fixed my bike on the spot and didn't even charge! Also super nice guys without any obvious disdain for the casual rider.
Everyone here was super nice. I hastily bought a product without reading the packaging fully and have even taken it out of the package and they still let me exchange it for the correct product. Being on a budget, I really appreciated the kindness and understanding on the return. Will definitely be back to buy more things and properly read the product description.
