Harrison took my bike order and Kevin took care of my bike with conscientious care. Turn around time overextended unexpectedly due to a missing part that needed to be shipped in, but status updates, reasonable pricing, service and friendliness made up for it! I’m willing to travel from the East end of the city to benefit from B+W’s expertise.

August 26, 2025 I want to express my sincerest appreciation to Harrison for assisting in solving my Pinhead lock system on our bike. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and managed to offer a solution that worked out perfectly. It was quite the problem until I brought the bike to Bikes On Wheels and spoke with Harrison who then provided a solution. Today I got my dream bike, and I can’t thank enough Sean, Bike on the Wheels, and their amazing manager, Harrison. He not only helped me choose the perfect bike, but also went above and beyond to fit it with the best and most stylish accessories. Excellent service avec l’employé qui m’a permis de commander un vélo qui n’était plus en stock mais qu’ils allaient recevoir la semaine suivante! Le tout a été livré en moins de quelques jours à Montréal. Le vélo a été livré semi-assemblé. Je n’ai eu besoin que de quelques minutes pour terminer l’assemblage du vélo avec un allen key, de la graisse et un peu d’anti-seize! Merci beaucoup pour les conseils!
