I've had a few great customer service experiences over the last month with different staff members when I have brought in my single speed I bought there a few years ago for some upgrades. Guys are always very helpful and genuinely nice people.
Harrison does meticulous and quality workmanship in service. Prices are very good, and time to finish involved service is also very good. I highly recommend Harrison's service.
Had nothing but great experiences when visiting BOW. The workers are friendly/approachable and very helpful even when asking (probably) the most obvious questions. My now go to bike shop :-)
