I had a last minute issue with my SRAM power meter the day before Nationals. I was greeted by the owner Ben who immediately took care of me. After the normal checklist to reset the Quark doing work he called SRAM directly and spoke with a tech that confirmed my unit had failed and gave me warranty options. Gravel Nationals added a steep(~22%) section 2 days before the race and I didn't have low enough gear to ride it. I call Bikes Limited like 15 min before they closed on Thursday to see if they had what I needed. Fuller said they didn't have it but if it was available in Minnesota he might be able to overnight it and have it around noon Friday. Sure enough it came in, Fuller installed it and it did the trick. Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!!
Best shop in town
Could not get my bike tire off and went in and he helped me and didn’t charge me! As a single mom I try my best to do things on my own but as a woman sometimes I am just not strong enough. Thank you!
