Wow, my 10 year old bike runs like new again. Great service, very quick turnaround considering summer, these folks know what they are doing and even corrected some mistakes made by another shop.
I bought a used bike for my son a month ago. The front tire would not stay inflated. Turns out it had a faulty patch. Tried to repatch it at home but it blew up when he was on his way back from work the following day. When we brought it back to the store near closing time, they fixed it right away, no questions asked. They remembered us so we didn't have to produce the receipt for warranty. Really appreciated it!

The guy who runs this shop wouldn’t listen to the reason I was bringing the bike in, then continued to charge me full price to replace my derailleur which I had explained wasn’t the problem, but because it was slightly bent he claimed that they would “fix what’s obvious first.” Unfortunately they didn’t even test ride it after replacing the derailleur or they would have known with one pedal stroke that the problem wasn’t resolved.
