Fantastic service! No fuss, all about the bikes kind of shop. I’m sure it isn’t always this quick, but they had my bike fully serviced and ready to go in under 24 hours! And it rides like it just came out of the box. Definitely will be coming back for future service!
Weird, bad attitude from one of the staff when asking for a specific part. You don’t have to get upset at me that the thing I’m asking for is expensive or hard to find or whatever. Went to kissing crows and velo star instead and the staff were happy to try to help without being condescending.
Wow, my 10 year old bike runs like new again. Great service, very quick turnaround considering summer, these folks know what they are doing and even corrected some mistakes made by another shop.
I bought a used bike for my son a month ago. The front tire would not stay inflated. Turns out it had a faulty patch. Tried to repatch it at home but it blew up when he was on his way back from work the following day. When we brought it back to the store near closing time, they fixed it right away, no questions asked. They remembered us so we didn't have to produce the receipt for warranty. Really appreciated it!
