Took my bike here for a tune and a grinding break. It was still making the grinding sound after so I took it back again to get checked over. I was talked down to the entire time by staff and the bike was still not fixed, but I didn’t want to take it back a second time. I then took it to Dunbar cycles and they fixed it up and had way better customer service. 100% recommend over this place.

Dang, they made the review chart with just 5 stars ! Luckily I give these new friends a high FIVE. Lucas got me started with a Raleigh I've come to love. From then on I've bought 3 more bikes from these friends, Lucas, Zach, Seth and Heather and started sending my friends too. - he diagnosed a rare rusted cable problem that others would have had me buy a new 150$ sprocket to fix.
Good people who know their stuff and won't rip you off. Had a full ebike tune up, flat tire fix, and they replaced my broken fender with a spare all for under $200
