I've Been dealing with Randy of Bikes Etc. Ever Since I met him and the Original Owner Al. Back in 1994 there a bout's. That's when Bikes Etc was right Next door the Downtown Cinema on South Market Street. Randy was Al's Head mechanic along with Dale, When Al Retired he offered the Business to Randy. And Randy does as Randy does best and that's Bikes & People, He understands people and try's to make a fair deal with everyone. RAVE: Bikes Etc. Came in with a bad rear derailleur cable after limping along on my daily commute work this morning. Randy was superb, knowledgeable and friendly. Was out the door in minutes despite being the day before Memorial Day weekend. My bike is like new again! I will be using Bikes Etc for all my repairs, purchases, and gear from now on! Thanks, guys!
Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! Let me test ride over and over during several trips. Even told me to check the competitors bikes to compare. Randy picked the perfect bike for me form the beginning. He considered my lifestyle and all that I need a bike to do. In the end, I bought a Kona Dew and love it.
These guys were great. Information and help over the phone was awesome and service in store was very professional. In and out in a very timely manner and price was inexpensive. I will be returning in the future
These guys did a great job rebuilding my old beer can (Klein). Great work, better than new, and didn't upsell me at all from what I needed or wanted. HIGHLY recommended, and they're open on my day off--Monday!
