Wow. Just left there because the sakes associate was SUPER RUDE and didn’t even greet my girlfriend and I when we walked in. He also was talking about us to other customers and admitted as much. He refused to sell us a bike!!! Wanna know why? If I could upload my picture right now you would see me wearing a Black Lives Matter mask. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They, are at the least, very rude and, at the worst, very racist.
A+ customer service. I had a small issue, and the actual CEO of the company called me to rectify it. He is a great guy. I recommend this company for sure. 5 stars
My chain broke yesterday, and they were so accommodating, helpful, friendly. Because I was stuck. My bike is my mode of transportation. Thanks guys!!!!
Shout out to Bikes Direct in Town Center. I was over at Town Center for another errand and wandered in there looking for a simple sprocket clip for a coaster wheel. He didn’t have the part, so he grabbed a wheel off the wall that had it and he took it off and let me have it. So I didn’t have to wait to order on a simple part. Not a lot of shops will do that. Good creative customer service. I’ll be back there. Dig the SE OM Flyer the have in the window!
We paid in full for a bike for our daughter and were told it would be ready that afternoon, or the next morning at the latest. It wasn't. Or the next day. Or the next. They refused to answer the phone or return our voicemail, so we had to physically go back to check on the bike - twice. On the 5th day, they finally admitted that they have absolutely no idea where the bike is, but they're keeping our money for ANOTHER week "because accounting". One star is far too kind. Worst shopping experience ever!
Ordered a high end bicycle through them.. A motobecane le champion titanium with SRAM Red etap full kit including cranks. It was special ordered and arrived quickly. The service had been excellent and it love the bicycle.. Amazing deal! It was thousands better than any other shop for something comparable. Contrary to what many say, the motobecane frame has excellent fit and finish, smooth ride quality, and is ultra light. I truly am blown away at the value of this bike. Riley is awesome to work with!
