The best shop in town .Frank is extremely knowledgeable and Windy is a sweetheart. I've been going there for years and never had anything to complain about. The prices are reasonable and the service is top-notch.Â
I will never return to this bike shop EVER. Took a bike in to have a new tube and they charged over $29. Didn't both to tell us they adjust this and that and do this and that so charge more even though all we wanted was a new tube. Plus at his own admission the male owner or employee is down right grumpy and unfriendly. Why be in a service industry if you can't be nice to people? (Too bad there isn't a lower than 1 star rating) Totally different experience at Real Bikes down the street. They are wonderful!Â
