Casey helped me find the bike I was looking for. Super knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. The place gets busy but they work hard to accommodate everyone. It’s rare to go into a store that cares about the customer getting the best product and experience.

Brought my bike in on a Friday for a tune up and picked it up on a Wednesday. The guy was very friendly and helpful. When I picked it up the bike wasn't even wiped down at all. Still had the same cobwebs on it so that was saddening. Anyhow got the bike home and my gears didn't work and the rear disk brake didn't even work now where it worked perfectly fine before I took it in. So I loaded it back up and brought it in.
