Awesome experience! Paul, the owner, was very helpful and obviously knowledgable, but not in a condescending sort of way that you get at some bike shops. I explained that I had a broken spoke (it later turned out I had 5!) and the rear wheel was wobbling as a result. He fixed the spokes, somehow managed to save me from needing a new wheel, and tuned it up so it looks and feels like new! Great shop, friendly, fair prices. Needed a couple spokes replaced and they had it done within 24 hrs. Highly recommend and will be back for other bike needs.
I wish they would call me back! I really need help fixing my broken Cannon dale. I left a very detailed message but they won't call me back.
After losing my usual local bike fixer several years ago, my bike not only badly needed a tune up, it finally broke down on my ride. I did not want to be off the road too long so they helped adjust a seat on a back up bike for me. Then I did not have to wait long. They had my bike done and like new the next day!!! I was very happy and dedicate my 18 mile ride today to them with gratitude. Thank You Bikes Again! Thank you.
