Quality of their own products is better than popular brands for less than half the price. I ordered a leather jacket for my wife to Tassie, but it was small, so I changed it for a larger size, but it didn’t fit perfectly. We decided to visit the retailer’s store while we were in Melbourne . The store is amazing with a huge variety of options with great prices. Imran and his daughter were lovely and super helpful. Thanks for the help with the JR classic short boots. But i didnt realise they were designed for riding, not walking or dancing. Very stiff heavy boots to "walk" in, and caused me knee pain. Walked in them for a couple hours so they couldnt be returned, understandably. The staff were very patient and helpful giving me time before i bought them. But wish they had told me that they were designed for riding only, not walking distances, before I bought them, but they may not have known themselves as I told them that I was wanting... read more

Terrible service. I tried to buy an Alpinestars Faster V3 jacket from Bikers Gear Australia, but the customer service was so poor I never even got to purchase it. They promised to call me when the jacket arrived for collection — that call never happened. No updates, no follow-up, nothing. I took my money elsewhere. Would not recommend.
