I bought a jacket, first the pockets developed holes over a few weeks and after fitting and removing the liner 6 times the zipper stuffed up I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIKERS GEAR products
Really poor service, poor communication and poor shipping. Got a jacket delivered in poor condition, scrunched up in a plastic bag from the post. False description stating "removable thermal lining" was not existent. Everything was sewn inside. Took a week to realize the mistake. Then took another week to see my money back. Really testing patience. Good luck doing business like that and retaining customers. Also reviewed the jacket but doesn't appear on the website. Probably removed it cause it wasn't good.
Shocking after sales service. Bought kevlar jeans & a few weeks later the zip broke (poor quality). Took them back to be repaired, said they could be done within a day or two. No calls about being ready & would never return the call. 4.5 weeks later they said will be ready tomorrow, go the next day for them to say "they're not ready". Hence to say i won't be going back
BGA Trail Master Waxed Leather Jacket: I was concerned about quality prior to ordering so called. Happened to get the owner and he assured me they were in control of quality form production through to sales. Coat arrived and I am very impressed with it. Good quality leather, construction and design - fits very well. Happily recommend Bikers Gear Australia to other motorcyclists.
