Best around! Best service and expertise for new bike and prblems with broken parts. Supports cycling with fun mountian bike and xterra events. Good folks for advice on recreational bikes and accessories. Watch for old address listed as they have moved to west Main St.
Helpful and patient bike shop – I went into this store not knowing what type of bicycle was the best fit for me. I was approached by the owner of the store and he asked me several questions about my cycling needs. He was helpful and had an incredible knowledge of his products. He seemed genuinely concerned for my cycling happiness. I highly recommend this store.
Bad Customer Service – I had a bad experience in this shop. They sales person did not seem interested in talking to me even after I stated I was there to purchase a bike that day. Even the shop owner noticed me looking at bikes and didn't say anything to me. I visited several shops that day and they were by far THE WORST for service. I won't be going back.
Bad Customer service I had a bad experience in this shop. The sales man was not engaged with me at all, and I had made it clear I was going to buy a bike on the day I came in. I felt like I was imposing on their time. They offered no information (like return policy, etc...) I had to drag it all out of them. I won't be going back to this shop.
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. I informed them I was just shopping around and not buying that day and they still took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer every question I had. They even stayed a few mins after closing to finish answering questions.
We have been acquainted with Bikers Choice for many years and have always had exceptional service from our bikes we purchased...Another convenient and superior remark we can say for them is the maintenance we have recieved...We would not go anywhere else... Mike and Shandry
