Incredible service and the prices are extremely fair. My bike got on the stand as a walk-in right before closing. Adamen was nice enough to evaluate my issue (emergency break down mid ride) and got me back on the bike with a new cassette, chain, spring, bearing adjustment, and a quick tune within 45 minutes. All while giving me tidbits of info that will help me take care of my bike better in the future. I am dissapointed that my bike issue was not solved when I visited the shop 2 years ago. Yet they had agreed to do the work. I spoke directly with the business owner, so I think my interaction reflects their business model, rather than a mechanic's professionalism. It became clear to me later, they do not prioritize fixing the issue reported by clients, but only pick a service bundle level based on their impression. They Sold me the wrong tube , had it popped in 3 days and took it to a different shop where they told me my tire should have not had this tube. Oversold me the wrong tube and tried up selling me on stuff I did not need
