Walked in was looking for a bike and needed some accessories. Was never acknowledged, no Hello nothing!!! There were at least 3 employees having a conversations amongst themselves. Do not waste your time!
I normally do all my wrench work on my bike. Recently life has gone 100mph and left me with little time to work on my bike. I called up and Mike explained i was having an issue with my hydraulic brakes and headset. He said no worries bring it by and we'll get it taken care of. Later that day i dropped it off (on a Tuesday @ ~4:30pm) and said i needed it back by end of the week. Mike the bike tech put it in the stand immediately to start work. I visite from out of US and as soon I came in somebody came to me to help me. They help me on everything I need and they have a lot of inventory to choose from. All the employees are nice including the owner that help me select the correct items for me. Thanks to all.
lol no. Went here one time with a small repair and had a favorable experience. Saw some nice bikes and needed a new one for my 6 yr old so went back today. 4 employees there all watching some biking event on the TV and none of them had the time to help us with buying bikes so we left. Why would I spend money here?
I do not recommend this store at all. The employees are very spoiled and do a very poor job with the bikes. I left my son's bicycle for 4 days, they charged me 210, they didn't fix anything. They returned the bike to me in the same condition. When I went to complain, they told me that I had to change another part and that the cost would rise to 310 dollars.
