Nice place and the closest bike shop to me by far. Unfortunately, the community seems off and appears to lean more to the bicycling elitism side rather than a community. This pretty much gets me to drive an extra half hour or more to get service done and participate in group rides. Their group seem to be large, so if it works and feels right for you it might be a cool place.
