Terrible customer service, spoke to me on the phone like I was stupid, Just wanted to sell my bike back and wasn’t sure what the process was, told me coming looking at the bike costs time and money! Just needed some advice and didn’t mind what price I got back just wanted it gone but was insisting on a price and when I guessed what I though I paid for it 3 years ago he laughed and said said I wouldn’t have paid anywhere near that for it (which I might not have) but I didn’t need to be spoken to like this. Bought a bike from these guys that was advertised on ebay BIG MISTAKE!!!....Bike described as excellent body work, arrived with obvious dents in the tank, bodged over with some random black paint. Seller says his description was accurate, and it was really my fault for not viewing the bike in person, maybe the case, but I stupidly put my trust in them. Avoid like the plaque, and enjoy the pics of this "excellent " body work.
Called the shop and dealt with Alex. On the same day I'd had my exhaust replaced at a great price. The work completed was excellent and professional. I'll definitely be using Bikeonic again in the near future. I'm really happy with the new sound of the exhaust, thanks again Alex
Been looking around for a place to service my Moped. Came across Bike Onic & my experience from contacting them via email / phone to the day of getting my service has been nothing but exceptional. Vincent was very helpful on the phone and email & Alex was the guy who did the service, very friendly and informative. and a down to earth guy. I will 100% be recommending this place to others with bikes etc. thank you again guys Mark
