Disappointing and unpleasant experiences with workshop mechanic Dave. Customer service could definitely be improved. Brought in my second hand bike looking to understand what options were available to address two issues, slippage and not being able to shift the back gears. I noted I wanted to address the issues but that i was quite cost conscious. Dave did a quick check and noted it could be a number of issues and suggested a service was required.
