Great shop and awesome old fashion customer service. Was great to ask some questions about a Specialized bike, met the fellas in the workshop and without any pushiness for a sale.
Expert Bike fitting made a huge difference to my gravel bike ride. No more sore back as I commute to work everyday . Very friendly helpful service all-round

The tubby bloke with the black hair and beard has the craziest attitude I've ever seen in customer service. Obviously trying to come off as pretentious but doesn't pull it off well, just unwelcoming and uncomfortable (retail probably isn't the best career choice for this attitude). Workshop guys are great though. 100% the Kings Way shop so if you don't know who I'm referring to I would be wary of an intruder trying to destroy the reputation of your business.
