Harrison was incredible- from first phone call to locating and acquiring the bike I wanted, earlier than promised! Kept me updated at every stage. Took time to understand what I wanted and delivered with precision. Doug handled my pick up and fitment this morning and nailed it! Overall an amazing customer experience. Good job guys! Great shop and awesome old fashion customer service. Was great to ask some questions about a Specialized bike, met the fellas in the workshop and without any pushiness for a sale.
