Disappointing and unpleasant experiences with workshop mechanic Dave. Customer service could definitely be improved. Brought in my second hand bike looking to understand what options were available to address two issues, slippage and not being able to shift the back gears. Warren was the most helpful bloke from this trip so far, help adjust my brakes for the Ironman 70.3, gave my bike a full look over and informed us of everything he was doing! 11/10 experience at the tech support tent
Warren & Ivy were beyond helpful and saved us a bunch of time and $$!! Cannot recommend them enough. Best bike mechanics within a 1000km radius.
