Dropped bike off in october to get fixed .Now closed and dont have our $4000 bike .Not good
Dropped my e-scooter off for a quote to repair a month ago. Store closed down? No phone calls. They have my $4,000 scooter and never communicated to me they are closed.. Have tried calling and stopping at the store but no word or answer... Poor form :'(
Absolutely great service. Giant E Bike that Giant Oz Park could not fix was fixed with little hassle and at a great price. The team at BikeMore not only know there bikes but are easy to deal with and are on time, every time. Thanks guys.
