There is a hidden return process that you are not informed of beforehand. I docked the bike after my ride, but received an email an hour after saying I did not return it. I called the number on the phone where an extremely rude and unprofessional worker condescending explained to me that I had to text a photo of the docked bike to a number that wasn’t previously provided, otherwise I would continuously be charged (called Aug 27th at 7:20 PM. Just a heads up if you pay for the daily pass you will be charged an extra $60. The pass states to be 24 hours but doesn’t stand to be true if you pay for it at 9pm & bring it back at 1am. In a span of 6 hours you are charged the $10. If we are charged by the hour that should be clearly stated. Use at your own risk & if you have the extra money to be charged !!
