Amazing service!
Sandy helped me buy my Norco storm 120. She was very patient and kind with me. Only thing I didn't like was the bald person behind the desk that yelled at Sandy. Not a good way to treat your employees in front of customers. Would have been 5 stars but that made us really uncomfortable. We almost left without buying anything but because Sandy was so kind we walked back in and bought it.
This was my first time visiting Bike Land, and I had an excellent experience. Prashant provided outstanding customer service. He quickly fixed my brakes and had me back on the road in no time. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Bike Land. Thanks again, Prashant, for the excellent service!
