Friendly bunch highly recommend over other stores that are sometimes bike snobbery
We went in with an old bike that needed work and the guys got us back on the road with a used rim for a decent price. When the time comes for a new bike, we will go straight to Bikeland without thinking twice. Thanks, guys!
I recently ordered a fork from Bikeland that was listed as available on their website. There was no clear indication when I ordered it that it was a special-order item. Unfortunately, after receiving it, I discovered that it wasn’t compatible with my bike. I happened to be in the area for a cottage weekend, so I brought the fork into the store and asked if I could return it. Bought a bike for my boy and it had a chip out of the paint. We showed the store before leaving with it and we decided to order a new one. The store gave us no hassle and also offered $50 worth of merchandise rather than a new bike. However, I wanted a new bike so the store ordered a new one from specialized. The bike ended up taking 3 weeks to show up. The store apologized profusely and also offered a full refund if I wanted to go some where else.
