Excellent staff that don’t upsell or take advantage of of their customers I love dealing here for my families bikes. Best in Simcoe County for sure!!
Great work and customer service. I went in Wednesday to get my bikes tire changed and they immediately begun work to on it and had it finished within 25 mins. I had been expecting to come pick it up later. Awesome work

Terrible customer service - AVOID this place!!! I called a couple weeks ago to make an appointment for a tune up. I was told that they would give me a date that the work would be done but to bring it in any time before then. I brought the bike in on April 12 and the date for the scheduled repair was April 17. At about 1:30 pm on the 17th, I called to ask what time I could pick it up and was told that they had not even started working on it yet (they close at 5:30).
