Amazing customer service and true local business gem! Been in a few times and they are always so helpful. We bought our son's first bike here when he was 5 years old, and he loves it so much he's still riding it at age 10! Though he's overdue for an upgrade, we went back to buy a bike for his little sister and have him test out some larger bikes. What great service, they helped me with servicing two Trek bikes and also put training wheels on for a guardian bike. They were super informative, and told us what all is needed and why.
Very poor customer service, I asked a guy working there for some items and just kept saying "no", I asked if he can check in the back and he just refused to do it. Very confused on why he acted this way, disappointing effort by this older gentlemen (maybe in his 50's)
