I stopped by this shop in a pinch, and they generously let me use their tools for free. Their kindness and willingness to help someone out without hesitation really stood out. They seem to specialize in e-bikes and had an impressive selection, and you can tell they really know their stuff, especially when it comes to batteries and the technical side of things. I have e-bikes and know exactly where I’ll be going when I need replacement batteries or need a tune up on my bike. Great people running a great shop!
Purchased a Velotric Breeze bike here through their online ordering system, then picked it up in person all nicely built! Great bike shop and great service. I love my new bike and truly enjoyed working with the owners of Bike Craze and would head there again if I needed an e-bike.
I researched electric bikes and wanted a Snapcycle Storm and then looked at many sellers online. I read reviews about Bikecraze and decided to buy from them. Top notch service from a great guy who went above and beyond for my son today. I had a million things to juggle and BikeKraze handled the shopping, educating and training that my son needed. I had no time or patience for boy stuff. He even helped me have all the paperwork ready. Thank you guys!!!! Its nice to find good ol customer service!!
Bought an ebike for my son there last Christmas. I was told it was an open box item that was scratched when they opened the box. The price WAS lower than a new one but the owner was dishonest about the bike and condition.
