We live in the Cayman Islands and purchased an SE Bike for our son. Despite not being able to physically see the bike in advance, we had an amazing experience. Was able to call store and ask questions and was guided through the whole process. The bike arrived in Cayman and was exactly as seen on the website = Beautiful ! Thanks to Ms. Shari and her team for such a friendly and customer centered approach. They made my son the happiest little guy in the world !

We purchased a “brand-new E -bike “ from this shop, but upon closer inspection, several parts appeared to be used — including the Display. When buying something advertised as new, you expect exactly that. We’re disappointed and feel misled. Would strongly recommend inspecting any bike thoroughly before leaving the store. We won’t be returning. Not to mention it was a $3,000 E- bike and yet no customer service.

Its one badass bike shop they must have 80 + bikes for sale. They have really nice stuff here. Owner's super cool laid back very knowledgeable. I've talked to people who say this guy's a wizard and can fix just about anything. He will build you a badass bike just open your wallet and tell him what you want go from miles to wild.

We ordered the Strike Shadow SX from Bike Craze, and although there were some delays at the port, the woman at Bike Craze was great. She provided updates and when the bike shipped she called to make sure we were able to contact the freight company. It arrived yesterday, we put it together and my son loves it. Thank you Bike Craze!

Drive all the way from San Diego to get my new Raev Bullet GTX. I love it! Wanted a motorcycle but this is the next best thing. Great experience with my purchase. Definitely recommend coming here to get your next bike!
