The customer service at Bikecraft Cairns is outstanding. I hadn't intended buying a Ducati, but Eva was so helpful and patient with me, organising two test rides of a Streetfighter V2 and Diaval V4, as well as organising a private viewing of an existing customers own Streetfighter V4. Eva was very knowledgeable on the Ducati product. I got a great deal on the Diaval, my first Ducati and an awesome bike! I highly recommend Bikecraft for all your servicing needs. After been unable to find a motorbike mechanic that could confidently change my 2013 Ducati Monster 659 timing belt. I booked in with the team at Bikecraft Cairns. They were amazing to deal with, and accomodating to allow my partner and I to drop the bike in a day early so we could enjoy our time in Cairns. Having met the owner I was thoroughly impressed by the business and their commitment to excellence, particularly in regard to bike servicing in Cairns. Their Cairns bike servicing department is second to none and their range of Ducati and Triumph bikes is impressive.
