Bought an item that was missing a part and contacted warranty for a replacement. That was 1 month ago and they stopped replying after 2 weeks. Have sent multiple messages afterwards but no reply. I guess the only option for me now is to contact the bank and request a chargeback since Bikebug no longer wishes to communicate with me.
Prices and delivery.are good. Their customer service post transaction is terrible. I raised a warranty claim for a defective product and only received the odd FB message stating that Bikebug were busy and would review my claim "shortly" After 3 weeks of no support, i managed to resolve my claim directly with the manufacturer. Bikebug do not care about customer service once they have your money. I've learnt my lesson and will definitely be used by my LBS as my first port of call now
Always have what you need but customer service always lacking.
can I give minus 10 stars? Google please bring this feature because it is the only appropriate rating for this place!! staff lack customer service experience. and it seems like they just dont care. I have a frame crash replacement that I have been chasing for over 9 weeks now.
