Delivery times are pathetic with bikebug. Didn’t process my order until the 4th day after payment (paid Sat, processed Thurs), disappointed to say the least. Pay a few more and buy locally, or pricematch with postage so you have it in your hands within few days of expected, and not 4+.
Recommend 🔒 walked in needing a hand with my mountain bike today, the staff were super helpful and professional. Will definitely be going back to get get a full service done. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
Last week I had the team service my bike and put on a new rear derailleur, cassette and chain. Out on the road and it's running better and smoother than it ever has. Awesome work and I'll definitely be going back when another service is due. Thoroughly recommend them.
