Fantastic experience! I urgently needed a bike box for my daughter to attend nationals in Edmonton for track cycling, after the box I had reserved from another shop became unavailable. Great communication throughout—Efraim is very experienced and knowledgeable about packing bikes, there is a variety of bike boxes that he has. He was also flexible with bike packing appointment. I feel very confident relying on his service and won’t even consider going anywhere else now. Very happy with the service!
