My partner and I recently rented two bike boxes from Efraim for our two-week trip to Vancouver and Vancouver Island, and we had a fantastic experience. Efraim was super responsive from the beginning, quickly replying to emails and even jumping on a call to walk us through everything. It was our first time flying with our bikes, so his advice was incredibly helpful. I had a very positive experience with a rental of a Bike Box Alan. Communication was easy and timely. Pickup and dropoff of the box was also quite easy to arrange. Efraim was able to spend time explaining how to pack the box to ensure safety of my bike and help guide me through all the logistics of using the bike box. The price was also very reasonable.

Excellent experience! This was my first time travelling with my bike. Efraim made it so easy. He explained everything, packed my bike and made sure it was safe for the journey. My bike arrived to my destination and home without a mark. I was travelling solo and the box was easy to move around too. Would highly recommend!!
