Just purchased my 2nd bike from Bike Zone, my LOCAL bike shop. I actually went bike shopping in New Orleans and road a Liv Sedona. I decided that was my bike and called Rick at Bike Zone to order it. I’ve never been fitted for a bike before. I was so impressed. Rick took his time and explained everything about the measuring. After making an adjustment here and there, I was out the door with a well fitted bike that I am totally excited about using. Thanks Rick for your patience and expertise. Buy local folks!!!
The people at bike zone are truly great. They stand behind their products and have be so helpful to me. Can't say enough how much I appreciate them.
Today I bought my very first tri bike! The customer service that we received from the Bike Zone was second to none. The owner personally fitted me to my bike, explained several options to me as I wrestled with what to buy, and personally helped me get comfortable with my bike.
The guy who was working at the time was extremely professional and passionate about the whole concept of bikes , very friendly and polite , i totally recommend it , I was only visiting the shop because I'm from ga but I'll totally would drive back this far to buy one of his bikes
These guys are the best! Very knowledgable no matter if you are a recreational rider or racer.
