Jonathon answered all of my questions and helped me track down a bike they didn't even have in store. They got the bike to the store the very next day. Overall great experience with very friendly and welcoming staff. I highly recommend Bike World in Ames.

RecommendedI am from Marshalltown and after the Tornado our local bike shop was closed . So I turned to Bike World and they got me all fixed up and back on the road in just over a day! Service was great! Will definitely come back if my bike breaks down again!!! 10 out of 10 stars!!!
So, I went to buy a bike. Kenny was very patient, but then, Brad helped, Michael helped, everyone helped me find the right bike and all the right parts. Don't know when I've gone to a store and had a whole crew step in with what they know. I love my bike!

RecommendedWonderful staff, especially Tony, that taught us everything we needed to know about our bikes. Were super patient with us too. Let us test ride as many as we wanted to find the right fit. Ended up with two awesome bikes that we love :)
