Wonderful staff, especially Tony, that taught us everything we needed to know about our bikes. Were super patient with us too. Let us test ride as many as we wanted to find the right fit. Ended up with two awesome bikes that we love :)
Tom at the Urbandale location is the best in my book. Every time I've gone in there he's always been right on top of everything and is just an out going very nice guy. He helped me fit into the right bike. (Haven't ridden in over 15yrs)
Best bike shops in DSM! Be sure to find the store closest to you. Besides the Urbandale store, there is a store in Ames and the new flagship store in WDM at 50th and EP True. They are there to help you not just sell something.
