Curt and rude! I just arrived to the local area and was trying to find a bicycle shop that would do what I needed. First impressions are everything, and the gentleman that I got on the phone was extremely rude and discourteous. His attitude was poor and tried to make me feel like I was an idiot and a huge inconvenience for asking him questions about his shop and local rides. Great bike shop. This bike shop is conveniently located on Main Street. It has a friendly staff that is very willing to help you buy a new bike or fix up the bike you already have. The owner is very kind. I had a child in a wheelchair and her wheel went flat. It was a different size tube so I was having a hard time finding the replacement quickly. This man went out of his way and ordered me the special size I needed and then put it in her wheel for me. He has my business for life.
