I'm from out of town and needed a part--the technician told me the measurements they needed, they had the right part in stock, and he put it in the mail later the same day.
Tuned up an older bike for the grandkids. Upon leaving I realized the bike needed a bell and a kickstand. They installed it for me free of any installation charges right on the spot. Much appreciated!
