This bike rental shop is fantastic! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We had a large group for a week, and Mike made the entire process easy by delivering our bikes, trailers, ride-alongs, helmets, and locks first thing in the morning and picking everything up at the end of our rental with no hassle. Because our group included several preteens and teens, Mike even brought extra bikes to ensure everyone had the right fit. We had a great experience with this bike rental shop! The location is perfect - right next to the rail trail, so it’s super convenient to start riding right away. We also really appreciated that rentals are available until 8pm, which gave us much more flexibility compared to other places that close around 4–5pm. Overall, an excellent spot for anyone looking to enjoy a longer day on the trail.
