Sadly the owner died recently, and his kids are not sure what they are going to do in regards to reopening the business! They have fixed my kids bikes in the past, and have always been quick about it! I hope they reopen someday soon!

Is this place still open? Been by multiple times and never open. Called multiple times and never no answer and no phone message of any sort.

Took a bike in to fix rear flat. He wrote up the work order but then called 15 minutes later to say he couldn't fix it becausehe didn't have the right air valve/stem in stock, didn't offer to order it. Wouldn't recommend another store or anything either.

Left my bike there to get the rear wheel fixed. Was supposed to take a week. Ended up being six weeks and they never bothered to fix it even. No apology even. I will never go there again and so should you.

Unfortunately I have to give this place a negative review. The service was quick and reasonably priced, and the place is stocked with a good variety of parts but the attitude of the owner made me sick. Very rude and grouchy. This will be a last resort for my bike needs from now on. If you're looking for a good customer service experience go elsewhere. I want to give my money to local business, but definitely not to someone who treats their customers like crap.
