Fantastic bike shop, A+++ customer service from everyone in the shop. These guys were very helpful for us newbies who didn't know exactly what we wanted. Told us what we needed and what we did not need. No pressure sales. They really go above and beyond. Customer service like this is extremely rare. Thank you Bike the Planet! �
These guys are amazing. My 8 year old autistic son was having a hard time riding a bike he really loved and they put special training wheels on it to give him better balance. Now he can ride and his balance and coordination are not an issue. They were so kind to him he felt very important. He got so comfortable that he rode it to our neighbors house and after playing for awhile he came home without it. This weekend my 13 yr old convinced this old retired goat to get back on the bike for some father and son mountain bike trails. Needless to say my bike had seen some better days. So I swung through shop after being off the bike for a couple of years and Mel and his crew took care of me. Thanks guys
From the time I walked in until the time I left and have been back again - and will go back again and again - I received nothing but exceptional service!!! From merchandise to bike fit to offering to order me a foldable bike!!! They do it all and do it with professionalism. I'm ready for my trip to Maine in July!!!!!
