Very good experience. Bought an e-bike. I could have saved a little bit of money by ordering on-line and having it shipped to me in a box. I wanted to support a local business and if there is anything wrong with it, I have an ally.

Update Aug 2, 2025 Because of the great work and customer service regarding my MB several months ago, I bought a Jamis Hudson E2 from Bike Tech. The MB is still good, but the riding position was getting to be a little too much for this 76 year old. Maybe it was time for something more comfortable. The Jamis Hudson and the E2 version looked pretty good on paper. And at the store they let me demo both bikes for about 20 minutes.
