They put together a Mooncool electric trike for me and when I picked it up, it looked great. They had not charged the battery and I assume did not test the electric part of the trike. I have it home now and cannot get the electric portion of the trike to work even though the battery charger shows the battery. Is fully charged.

I told the salesman I was moving to Atlanta, where bike theft is rampant, but he still sold me a lock that can easily be broken. He was either dishonest or didn’t know what he was talking about.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend this place.
