You guys should think about opening a new location in Buckley WA we have a lot of people in this area that use the Foothills Trail your store would fit in nicely.
I bought this bike a few years back, it had gear slip issues. I took it into the shop and they said they fixed it. Took it out and went riding. Almost crashed due to gear slipping. Now this bike just sits in my garage taking up space. Of course I could bring it in and pay for them to “repair” again but my time is valuable and I don’t expect they will reimburse me for it. Very disappointing.
I had a really great experience. The staff was very helpful in diagnosing, sourcing parts and getting our bikes all tuned up. They really listened to all my concerns and even though it didn't appear they were writing everything down, when they called back with the details they covered everything I had asked about. Top notch team! We purchased 2 E-bikes from Bike Tech in 2019 and we will continue to use them.
Very helpful staff, prices comparable with other stores around town. Got exactly what I wanted, customized to my liking, no pressure, no hassles.
