I purchased a car carrier for my car which did not fit my vehicle. I returned the carrier less than 1 hour later the store was close so I returned first thing in the morning. I was then told they do not issue refunds. I looked at the reciept and for any signs that stated this policy and there were none. I spoke directly to the owner of the shop and he stated this was the policy period. If this is how you are treated for an $80 bike rack I can only imagine what would happen with a dispute with a $500 bike. Bill Kantz

This shop have a very unique niche in the Bicycle Market. If you are looking to buy beautiful bike for a reasonable price, definitlly go here. I found my dream bike completely restored, and with totally upgraded components. The techs know exactlly how to get you fitted and feeling good. Horrible customer service and rude Staff.......... I like to spend my money on local businesses, but I will never spend it here again. I would suggest going to Kmart if your looking for service. Thank you Betty

Excellent service and prices. The folks at the bike shop care about the customer and provide excellent advice for those somewhat familiar with bikes, bike stiles and bike related issues. They are straight up, transparent people, with integrity that you can trust. I strongly recommend the shop for all types of two wheel fun.
