They don't respond to messages. You lost a sale today. I was going to buy a dragon lightning but your poor treatment of people asking asking questions via social media just cost you that sale. Messages went sent a few days ago

Appalling after sales service – Totally disappointed with Bike Scooter City after sales service. Phoned them months in advance to book in for repair. Was told I couldn’t book, just drop it in the store and it will be fixed. When I arrived at the store after a 650 kilometre drive I advised I will be on the road for 3-4 weeks and will pick it up on my way back through. Really wish i had read these reviews sooner, brought my son a Dragon GTS and a month later have an issue, no local repairer so i have to pay for shipping to get it back there to see if its covered under warranty, understandable however the process has been time consuming, not too mention son hasnt been able to ride it all school holidays and the courier has not yet been arranged and now after reading these reviews seems it is going to be a while once they have it. They need a better option.
